Ingredients
• 8 ounces spaghetti
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 4 slices bacon(diced)
• 4 cloves garlic(minced)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves if you want
Directions
1.In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions.
2.Reserve 1/2 cup water and drain well.
3.Whisk together eggs and Parmesan in a small bowl then set aside.
4.Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook until brown.
5.Stir in garlic about 1 minute.
6.Stir in pasta and egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper then add pasta water one tablespoon at a time.
7.Now you’ve done. Serve it immediately.
